Click & Collect Process

Our Click & Collect service will ensure your order is ready for you within an hour at our store subject to store opening times. Your item will be held for 5 days from the date of order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your item will be available after this timeframe and may have to be cancelled. Upon cancellation of your order, for any reason, the pre-authorisation hold on the card used for the order, will then be released and it may take 5-10 working days for this process to be completed, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

To use this service please following the simple steps below:

  • Select an item(s) and add to bag
  • Go to your bag and proceed to checkout
  • Fill in your details and select the option “Store Pickup” at the bottom of the page and complete your transaction

Upon completion you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your order. You can then proceed to our store to pick up your order.

Prior to arriving at the store please ensure you have the following available for a smooth process:

    • Your email confirmation from us containing your unique order number.
    • A Photo identification of the person who placed the order and 
    • The credit or debit card used to place the order.


Click & Collect Terms & Conditions

All Click & Collect purchases are subject to Kiddiewow Terms and Conditions. In addition, please see below:

  1. When you place an order, you will be requested to provide payment details. In providing these details you confirm your consent to us completing a pre-authorisation check on your payment details whereby a standard fraud security process is completed, and funds are reserved on the card holder's account thus removing them from the "available to spend" balance. No payment is taken from the account at this point.
  2. Please note that your contract with Kiddiewow only takes effect upon collection of the item(s) and not before and payment is now taken from your preauthorised account details.
  3. Where your order does not progress or is cancelled for some reason, you will receive an email confirming this position and no payment will be taken.
  4. Please do not travel to store for collection before you have received your email containing your unique Order Number confirming that your order is ready. We will endeavour to ensure your selected item(s) is available for collection within the indicated timeframe.
  5. If you do not collect your order within the indicated timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled, and you will receive an email confirming this order status.
  6. We cannot be held liable for any losses or costs arising where an item(s) is unavailable.
