At Kiddiewow we know our products are of the highest quality however we appreciate there are sometimes inevitable circumstances that may warrant the return of a purchased item.
We will be happy to accept returned goods or exchange them provided we are contacted within 14 days of purchase or returned within 30 days (excluding delivery charges). However the item must not have been opened or used and must contain the original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
Once an item is returned, we’ll do our best to process your refund as quickly as possible usually within five working days after we receive and confirm the item has met our criteria. When you return a product that you purchased using a credit card, the same card you used will be credited with the refund.
